1. About Osmoaudio

Osmoaudio ("the Service") is a personalized audio companion operated by Runaq.ai ("we", "us", "our"). The Service delivers daily podcast episodes tailored to your personality and interests via WhatsApp and a web portal.

2. Beta Program

Osmoaudio is currently in beta. During this period:

  • The Service is provided free of charge
  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
  • Service availability is not guaranteed
  • We may limit the number of beta participants

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Osmoaudio. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

4. Your Account

Your Osmoaudio profile is linked to your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and WhatsApp account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your device.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
  • Send automated or bulk messages to Osmoaudio
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to extract or scrape content for redistribution

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Episodes generated by Osmoaudio are created using AI and curated content sources. All generated audio content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast Osmoaudio episodes without our written permission.

The Osmoaudio name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Runaq.ai. All rights reserved.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018).

8. Service Availability

We aim to deliver your daily episodes reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Episodes may be delayed or unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runaq.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (currently zero during beta).

Osmoaudio content is generated by AI and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

10. Termination

You may stop using Osmoaudio at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, send "delete my data" to Osmoaudio via WhatsApp. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or the web portal. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil.
